Intro

Bob Lazar unofficially put Area-51 on the public map when he disclosed in 1989 he was part of a government effort ("Project Galileo") to reverse-engineer crashed UFOs. Lazar said that 2 other projects were on-going at his S-4 suburbs that involved alien-derived technology. Project Sidekick used a "gravity lens" to propagate a new type of particle beam weapon, and Project Looking Glass involved the "physics of looking back in time". Lazar said he was told the ETs were supervising experiments to duplicate their propulsion using materials that could be readily found on Earth while at the same time instructing the best scientific minds on a radically "new" physics.

Years later retired Army Col. Philip Corso said in a televised NBC DATELINE interview (and in his tell-all book "The Day After Roswell") that he was under orders to "seed" leading American companies with debris from the Roswell wreckage without telling them its origin. This ultimately led to development of the transistor & integrated circuits, lasers, optical fibers, composite armor, and nanotechnology. Corso further stated that some wreckage still baffles scientists today! He said it appeared that the craft navigated by a "mental extension" of its occupants using only mysterious "headbands" with no visible controls. He closed his interview with a referral to another crashed saucer involving a "time machine" but deferred discussion of that for another time. Many years prior to this, German rocket pioneer Professor Oberth also said the UFOs appeared to function more like a "time machine" than an ordinary flying craft. Wernher von Braun told Kennedy Space Center contractor Clark McClelland that his brief examination of the Roswell debris revealed the hull was more "organic" than metallic.

Einstein's theories of gravitation describe the behavior of our Universe. Quantum Mechanics describe workings inside an atom. The two just don't mix : Quantum Theory cannot explain the macroscopic universe and General Relativity is at a loss to predict subatomic phenomena. For decades physicists have been pursuing the so-called "Holy Grail of physics" -- a single theory which can unite these two to explain the 4 observable forces in the universe. Today's leading candidate is the "superstring" theory and its intellectual descendant Edward Witten's "M-brane theory". Stephen Hawking is attempting to "quantify" the universe the developing a "quantum cosmology" waveform which describes the universe as a SUM of its POSSIBLE (and not just known) histories. This resurrects the quantum-based "Many Worlds" theory of alternate universes that was postulated by world-renowned physicist John Wheeler and his PhD student Hugh Everett. (Wheeler was also the faculty adviser of Richard Feynmann who won the Nobel Prize in physics.) Once abandoned because of the "metaphysical baggage" it carried, "Many Worlds" is being refined today with advances in post-Quantum (sometimes called "Modanese") physics.

And Dr. Jack Sarfatti lectures that for the first time in human science is man able to explain metaphysics (e.g., just what exactly is a human 'thought') in mathematical terms. Sarfatti maintains there was NO WAY Corso & company could have understood the mind/machine workings of UFOs back in 1947 because these post-quantum theories are just emerging today! He has postulated a relationship between the physical Hyperspace world of Einstein with the mental-quantum Multiverse of Hawking where time has no meaning.

Post-Quantum physics explains the faster-than-light impulses transmitted in the brain as well offering hope for MACROscopic quantum tunneling of large objects through space-time (as was inadvertently done in the mythical Philadelphia Experiment and is one explanation of how UFOs travel interstellar distances by avoiding Einstein's speed-of-light limit). This is also the principle behind UNITEL's highly-patented laser crystal lens which has applications in quantum computing, NMR/proton-beam targeting of individual cancers cells, as well as interstellar travel.

While the Montauk Project tried to develop this accidentally- discovered phenomena, legend maintains a parallel and independent effort was on-going by a mysterious group called the Incunabula which was partly formed by a renegade IBM senior physicist. Supposedly they succeeded in quantum-tunneling to "other worlds". There was indeed a "core" group of researchers that sometimes went by the nickname of Incunabula. Some of them have consulted for UNITEL (e.g., Yoshinari Minami). But like Wild West folklore, tales and stories were built upon true events and woven to the point of becoming fiction. It has proven difficult to separate truth from dis/mis-information. (Conspiracists will have you believe it was done on purpose to conceal the truths in layers of outragish and fantastic claims). Marshall Barnes is one of the leading private citizens who is trying to explore ramifications of Incunabula-type technology.

Col. Dr. Tom Bearden leads alternative explanations for these amazing reports and witnessed events. They are heavily based in Tesla theories on scalar waves, the "time domain", and accessing the Zero-Point Energy "vacuum". Applications also include regenerative healing, human cloning, mind spying/influencing, and teleportation which have been accidentally embarked on by Rife, Keely, Reich and Priore. Many of these lead directly to what was reported in the Philadelphia Experiment & Montauk Project and the research by UNITEL.

As with different theories trying to unite General Relativity with Quantum Physics (the two most of note are superstrings/M-branes and Loop Quantum Gravity), hot debates rage on as to which theory (e.g., post-Quantum physics or scalar wave time domain) is the more correct for explaining UFO-like events. Probably none are 100% right with only parts of each adequately reconciling certain observations. If not a "hybrid" theory from all of these, it may take a completely new one (and there are several alternative ones out there such as "Density Shifting") to be accorded the "Theory of Everything" title.

Now before any of you start making plans to visit Montauk or Ong's Hat, here is a DISCLAIMER of sorts. Something does seem to have occurred in the greater Roswell region. Remote-viewing & remote-influencing is true and have been documented. But it is highly doubtful that most of the events reported at Montauk and the Incunabula of Ong's Hat (Pine Barrens, NJ) ever took place at those physical locations. Some of the research associated with the "Phoenix" projects (i.e., the Montauk Project) took place at Plattsburgh AFB & the Rome Air Development Center in New York State. Back-engineering of UFOs has also been reported at Pine Gap, Australia and a location in northern Canada.

There is the official 'Top-Secret' part of the Pine Gap installation … and there is an "unofficial" 'ABOVE Top-Secret' portion that is only accessible from the air and which reportedly contains the man-made and alien discs. There are rumored isolated labs in the United States for small-scale projects and archive storage including "Area 19" and Papoose Site-4 of the Area-51/Dreamland complex, the Manzano nuclear weapons storage area in Coyote Canyon of Kirtland AFB, and parts of Edwards AFB and Wright-Patterson AFB. Whether any of these are actually engaged in studying extraterrestrial science/engineering -- or whether it is just an elaborate dis-info/counter-intelligence smokescreen -- is, of course, the $64,000 question.

The books on the Montauk Project (published by SkyBooks) are so fascinating that they makes me want to believe. The basic problem all along has been that unlike Roswell and the Philadelphia Experiment, no one but a small group of 4 individuals have been popularizing this tale. They cannot point to even the slightest anecdotal evidence. They are generally discredited by most other researchers in these areas. (Indeed, one widely-read "expert" emailed this to me: "There are so many un-truths and misinformation concerning the Montauk Project that the real truths -- if any -- may never be known.") The fact that some of these core proponents have claimed probable "brainwashing" does not help their cause. But on the flip side, can you ever find 2 UFO "experts" who agree on the same thing?!

All of this still does not mean that it could not have happened after all! The important thing here is while many popular books on Montauk and the Incunabula are full of disinformation and guess-work, portions of this research appear to have actually occurred and may STILL taking place today ... although perhaps not at these locations. The real purpose these books served for me is that they revealed another area of Science and a potential NEW physics (just when we thought we knew everything!). So from that perspective, they were a good investment.

It is my opinion that nearly all so-called "abductions" are memory implants by covert mind-control techniques (to "test" the new methodologies or cover-up secret research or illegal acts). And the "cattle mutilations" (and to a lesser degree surgical incisions mysteriously appearing on people) were almost entirely done by these same powers-that-be and are NOT affiliated with aliens. 'Mind Control' (MK-ULTRA, Project Monarch, "Orion" technology), experimental electrogravitic craft, and the emerging ability to project holographic images into the atmosphere are responsible for most (but not all) of modern UFO sightings and reports. That's partly why my small gallery of UFO photos is heavily-weighted with materials from DECADES ago when digital effects didn't exist to "take" photos and 'mind control' only appeared on some general's wish list. Abuse of the "Top Secret" classification saves jobs, protects budgets, and sweeps gross errors under the protective "national security" rug. No doubt that the UFO phenomena has also been used in a similar scapegoat manner.

If the rumors are true, then engineers & scientists have reached an impasse regarding reverse-engineering. Further progress may be dependent upon understanding the "New Physics" as well as manufacturing the exotic materials and crystals required to put into practice what these theories permit. Pyscho-reactive materials are alleged to have made up some of the UFO hulls to allow incredibly massive internal volumes (reminiscent of the holograph decks on Star Trek). This "New Physics" seems to be closely coupled with biology and would account for perplexing statements made by Col. Corso and others regarding the ET craft behaving as a physical "manifestation/extension of the crew".

It may well have to do with "consciousness" engineering (e.g., matter-or-actions from the mind, similar to the reported "stargates" created by the Montauk Project psychics and to the scalar theories popularized by Tom Bearden). That would certainly explain why investigators like Canadian radio engineer Dr. Wilbert Smith ("Project Magnet") said that all of his academic training and engineering experience left him incapable of understanding this perplexing technology. And Lockheed Skunk Works' president Ben Rich revealed that "there are things in the middle of the Nevada desert that you and the best minds in the World won't even be able to conceive of for 50 years ..." If true, then perhaps that's why the ETs were aiding us in joint experiments to replicate as much of their technology as possible using only our limited physics and present-day Earth-based materials. It was a much of a challenge for them as for us. But rumors indicate this cooperation came to an abrupt end around 1979 when a guard refused to unload his gun when a new field was being generated. Many deaths were reported and gave rise to legends such as the "Dulce Wars".

There are, of course, countless theories as to the origin/purpose/agenda of UFOs (assuming they do in fact exist). I do have my own personal intuitions. UFOs may have been observing us for centuries and may even have participated in genetic-manipulations of some of our races. But the start of the large-scale UFO sightings began in 1947 in Roswell (home of the only atomic bomb squadron in the World at that time). Over recent decades UFOs are always seen over any military bases or facilities dealing with nuclear energy. The two go hand-in-hand! UFO sightings began to decrease with underground testing, and have shrunken even more with many nations agreeing to a moratorium on further atomic weapons testing. Why the decrease in "actual" UFO sightings? This bolster theories that "UFOs" may be a man-made phenomena engineered by the atomic powers of various nations to serve some hidden agenda. (Some have maintained that "Roswell" legend was created by the old Soviet KGB.)

One of the interesting tidbits I've uncovered is that parts of an atomic bomb -- specifically dealing with physics effects -- are still classified 'Top-Secret'. Even those of the old Hiroshima bomb. The engineering know-how and the science behind creating a fission-or-fusion bomb are no longer secret. (Of course producing the weapons-grade material or manufacturing the implosion or triggering mechanisms will be most difficult -- thank God!) The blast effects and biological consequences are also well-known. But there are apparently certain undesirable/potentially-catastrophic side effects to something else -- whether it be the atmosphere's magnetic field; rumors of interdimensional "portals"; or even the taboo worlds of consciousness -and- reality engineering. It's the bombs' effects to these things that are still classified so secretly -- not to hide the bombs per se -- but to cover-up existence of these other phenomena that are just now being studied in earnest.

I think that somehow the atomic explosions damage these other "things" that (1) other species use themselves; or (2) planetary orbits or magnetic fields to deflect the solar wind or cosmic rays, etc. are affected; or (3) something can "open-up" and let who-knows-what-undesirable gain entrance to our realm, or (4) affecting the consciousness "q-wave" of the Multiverse that is the driving force for our physical universe and even our "soul matrix". I'm positive there IS something more along-these-lines that we're not being told. Certainly mainstream religion is affected, and its doctrines kept secured by keeping these revelations "Top Secret". And apparently it's common knowledge to many governments, so much so that all-of-a-sudden there's hardly any more atomic testing and things like the Berlin Wall come tumbling down (and NO! - I don't believe the economic collapse of the Soviet Union had a thing to do with that.). I'm convinced the governments know why UFOs are here and why they appear where-they-do. (That's why Reagan had all those secret meetings with the Pope and why even Al Gore was briefed about the Mars developments in the middle of a presidential race.)

My gut feeling is that UFO sightings are directly linked to our experiments with atomic energy (but I don't think it has anything to do with us blowing ourselves up in an all-out nuclear war). I use to think that frequently the UFOs intentionally let themselves be seen as a sign of 'displeasure' and as a promise of more revelations-to-come if the subject(s) of their malcontent do not change their present course-of-action. Now I wonder if the phenomena is more of a direct physics-type consequence of a nuclear "event". Pilots admit to being under orders to always keep an eye on "them"; but the same orders tell them to back off any engagement. Apparently the commanding powers are well aware of what "they" are and their little-or-zero risk potential.

Former ELINT Sgt. Dan Sherman "whistle-blowed" on Project Preserve Destiny and said that his ET contacts viewed human beings in a way similar to what Lazar and others were told, that we were "containers" for something else. Most often this is referred to as a "soul matrix". If time is indeed never-ending in the Multiverse (according to Hawking and other physicists), then consciousness will likewise be (perhaps similar to the "Q" continuum in Star Trek). This would help explain such notions as déjà vu and past lives. Then one might look differently on killing the 'bodily shell' if the "essence" (consciousness/soul) lives on forever. And if turns out there isn't any Universal "right" or "wrong", that would cause great upheavals to our Earth religions -- let alone present grave problems to governing authorities who rely on such Life-after-Death consequences to augment their meager numbers in order to keep their populaces under control. I think the "Awful Truth" is not that UFOs exist but rather mankind's evolution (and its beginnings) as well as its "end".

But you may have an opinion that is a whole lot better than mine for wrapping all these riddles under one logical umbrella. That is the point of these materials -- to tell you what I've found, give you my gut feelings … and then let YOU "run with the ball"! I'm also convinced that there are some links between popular movies and these paranormal legends. What I do not know is if these were deliberate "public acclimation" attempts or if they were just money-making attempts on the part of imaginative writers to capitalize on something new. (Example: part of what was told to Dan Sherman from his commanding officer sure sounds a lot like the "RIPE" program in the sci-fi thriller "Scanners". Marshall Barnes reported other too-coincidental incidents => ). Likewise, similar themes may have been "stolen" from past adventure-action books. For example, see my "Doc Savage" archive library from the 1930s. One of the adventures was entitled "The Majii" (today's "Majestic-12"?). Even Superman's "Fortress of Solitude" was taken from the Doc Savage adventure bearing the same title.

One of the long prevailing rumors about atomic energy secrecy is that there is a small - but vital - piece of heavily-suppressed information that is embedded in the 'Top Secret' classification. The science and engineering behind today's nuclear weapons is well known by now . But there is an additional piece that may have nothing to do with "weapons" per se ... but more related to the "UFO" issue. If true, that would explain why UFO events and storage of retrieved artifacts fall under the auspices of nuclear regulatory agencies.

Instead of looking for the "obvious" -- ET beings in a physical-to-the-touch craft -- I might suggest searching for the "magic" that defies our senses. Could these phenomena be akin to what Carl Jung was advocating? He took a lot of flak for suggesting that UFOs may be more of a "mental" phenomena than a physical one. I think he was on the right path, but it may be more complicated and deals with what some have likened to Star Trek's "Q Continuum" and what others have called simply "life after death". See if you can't find a common denominator among the following (all of which have been suppressed in varying degrees):

(a) the direct link between nuclear weapons testing/production and UFO sightings

(b) Phillip Tayor Kramer's solution to his father's "equation" that promised instantaneous communication (an possible teleportation) to anywhere in the Universe

(d) Why do UFOs only seem to appear to some people and not others

(e) How do UFOs seem to be able to predict our next actions (as if they know the future)

(f) The nature of "time". If UFOs can navigate by not typical linear means (and not "teleportation" or "Macroscopic quantum tunneling" either) but rather by "evading conventional time", can we be in some sort of "time loop".

(g) Royal Rife's (suppressed) microscope that could see things that no other microscope could

(h) a "wishing machine". Not like a genie in a bottle. But rather to decide what parallel universe you want your active consciousness to be in at a particular instant.

(i) The Atomic Energy Department has always held control over all of the UFO information, leading one to believe that sightings might be some effect caused/prompted by a detonation or production. One would think the CIA or NSA would have been top-dog.

(j) Holographic portals caused by "stargates" or experimental "wishing machines".

(k) And last but not least, certain effects caused by nuclear explosions have been suppressed to this day. It doesn't appear that these are related to blast damage or radiation poisoning either. I'm betting more along the "portal"/time-loop lines.

UFOs seem to represent no tangible threat to mankind. But sadly, I don't think we will learn the true answers to any of these mysteries in our lifetimes. They impact too heavily on governments' ability to control its citizenry. And from that general perspective, these phenomena -- 'True' or "fabrication" -- would be appropriately safeguarded under national security classifications.
